Good morning

A thin week for hard news, and a Northern line that kept stumbling through Thursday. The weekend is better: a craft festival at Hornsey Town Hall on Saturday and a film with a Q&A on The Broadway on Sunday.

Getting around

Northern line had a rough Thursday, and Friday started late

Thursday began with no service between Camden Town and East Finchley after a signal failure at Kentish Town. By evening a points failure at Camden Town had suspended part of the line southbound. This morning TfL reports severe delays between Morden and Camden Town via Bank and Charing Cross, northbound only, after engineering work finished late. The rest of the line is running a good service. Check before you leave. SOURCE →
